Using Belkin Wireless N router with mobile hotspot

Hey, I am using a netgear ac762 as a mobile hotspot. I also have a Belkin wireless N router(model F5D8236-4 v3. Does anyone know if it is possible to use that router to connect to the hotspot so I can extend the range?
