Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Repair Category C write off

    my toyota corolla is written off by insurer... Category C (financial write off)
    I can replace 1 headlight+ 1 indicator and hood to make it roadworthy.
    Is there any specific procedure to tax it and insure it again?
    How to get it off from public write off record

    You'll have to disclose if asked when insuring. You can't remove a Cat C status. It will follow the vehicle for its life now.

    can anybody provide me with details of automotive engineers in Dublin, who can assess and give a report on the repair done on my car.

    I replaced hood,1 headlight,1 indicator.
