Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There is an area in the city centre roughly from St Stephens Green to Parnell Sq where you have to pay on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Go to this link, scroll down to 'How Much to Pay' and click on 'Download a map of parking zones in Dublin City'. On the righthand side of the map is a white area showing where you need to pay on Sundays.

Small limited areas around Ranelagh and Rathmines too (24hr 7 Day). Some parts of D1 (north City centre) are pay after 14.00 which can catch you out. Look for 'Green' parking areas (mostly 7 to 7 Mon-Fri), Yellow (mostly 7 to 7 Mon-Sat) and Red ( 7 to 7 in parts, but often differ just to catch you out!). In general, a bit of patience will find you a free, free, space on a Sunday. Just avoid Ballsbridge tomorrow, 'cause of the match, unless you're coming up early.

There's on street meter parking all around Parnell square but it's always fairly full due to the hospital. There's a small car park on the Parnell st side of the Rotunda which I think is good value on a Saturday, Otherwise head down Parnell st from O' Connelll st and take the first left down the dodgy looking lane. There's a small multi story car park which is 1.80 an hour which I think is the cheapest in the area.

If you're coming up the N7 you could park at the Luas Park 'n Ride at the Red Cow and get the Luas to Abbey St. Parking charges at the Red Cow are €2 for up to 4 hours and the max you'd have to pay for a full day is €4.
