Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I want to go in and try to apply for the dole as I have just finished college. I have to go to work at 5 (I only work 3 or 4 hours a week)

How long should I allow for the queues?

depends on the day in question really

but you speak to reception they give you a ticket you sit your ass down and wait anything from 5mins to 1hr as i said it depends on the day
when you speak to the relevant person they give you a date and time to come back on with all your information that you need they give you a list
then you show up on the agreed day at the agreed time and at the agreed hatch and off you go

Office closes at 4.30, but you have to get in before 4. It's been quiet enough the past couple of times i've been in there, about 3pm

I always go late afternoon. It seems quieter then. All the eager-beavers like to get in first thing in the morning or just after lunch.
