Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Sorry if this bee discussed before.

    Im looking to buy weights and plates for home.

    Anyone know of place that does them second hand or cheap enough?

    I am looking for few 25, 20 and 15kg plates maybe wih bench and bar.

    Dunno about the weights, but you can get cheap plates in Dunnes or Ikea. Their bowls are pretty reasonable too.

    Thread ball are a good start but you'll soon need to start using something heavier if you really want to see those muscles.

    This is becoming a problem. If people come here looking for help point them in the right direction or report the post so as we can move it before it gets ruined like this one just did. Taking the piss etc. has a time and a place and it is not threads like this.
