    Master bedroom for rent over the summer

    Room is very spacious with a double bed, large slider wardrobes, sink and mirror and large desk

    House is situated on Nutley Avenue, a residential area very close to the RTE Tower. It has 5 other tenants some of which will be there at different times over the summer. Tescos (Merrion) is a 5 minute walk away along with all the buses to town/Dun Laoghaire. Also, the N11 is about 7 minutes away so is very close to UCD and all the bus routes to town.

    House has
    • Upstairs bathroom with toilet, bath and power shower
    • Study
    • Large living space with lots of sofas
    • Kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, dining table, storage etc
    • Bike shed
    • Garage with washing and drying facilities
    • Large back garden with patio area and washing line
    • Front garden with lots of off street parking space
    • UPC internet, TV and phone
    • Gas heating

    House is available from mid May until September. Tennant is expected to pay 1/6th of electric/gas/UPC and 435 euro for rent monthly.
