Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Chop the shallots and fry until soft, add some garlic, then add the tomatoes with a pinch of sugar and simmer.

Pour this sauce over the chicken fillet and bake in the oven (I think this is a cacciatore) then serve with the pasta.

You could also chop the fillets, colour them on the pan, add the sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked. Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss through the sauce.

If you have basil or oregano to hand add that to the sauce too.

And maybe a tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar of you have to give it some zing? (added with Tomatoes)
