    Hi there,

    This is my first time on boards. I am looking for any help on starting a new fitness routine. I have 2 main goals;
    1: get physically fit and
    2: build some decent muscle and tone up.

    I would appreciate any advice and routine ideas that you may have. I am a member of a gym in a hotel.
