Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Thought i might join in the police state hysteria.

    http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,426485,00.html

"MALINTENT, the brainchild of the cutting-edge Human Factors division in Homeland Security's directorate for Science and Technology, searches your body for non-verbal cues that predict whether you mean harm to your fellow passengers."

A scanning device that reads your mind and decides if you are a threat to your fellow man is in development! I think that makes Irish efforts at the Big Brother state a little lame in fairness.

what a load of bollox. That would give way too many false reports. It picked up that they were on a "mission".
Sure. I'm sure my mind would think I'm on a mission if I was going to Lidl for christ sake.

Every time I go through airport security I am convinced that I have drugs in my bag even though I packed it myself and know that there is no way I have any in there. Will this machine pick this up?....and as with most Irish people I will need to know what are the odds of it giving me cancer...I have not caught it from my phone or microwave but this could be the one.

I think there is cheaper and more effective ways for the authorities to check for potential terrorists and drug smugglers at airports and ports of entry. I.E moisture detectors that can detect the amount of p*ss in ones trousers :D

I imagine this would greatly speed up the check in and security process. I give this idea a big thumbs up.

In fairness, the thumps up that accompanied your post was small at the best.

Theres an easy workaround for this: When you get to the airport, just pause and put your controller into slot 2.

Bout time if you ask me, there's way too many people walking around with carnage on their mind (snyper). Only too right that the police should protect the rest of us.

What if you were dying to crack one off on the plane? Would it pick up on that? Catholic guilt ftw.

This could lead to many skitzos at aeroports. Ever argue with your own mind trying to stop thinking about something. Your mate goes to you before you go through. Don't think about having a bomb. you're ****ed
