Pint Glass stuck in a cup

Well the title pretty much says it all i have pint glass stuck in a cup does anyone know the easiest way of getting it out?

Hold the pint glass, hold your hand under the cup and tap gently against counter-top/table/anything.

Lightly tap the cup against a hard surface while pulling gently on the pint glass. Lightly tap around the circumferance of the cup.

Shout at it, if that doesnt work try switching the cup off and then back on again (works for EVERYTHING!!!)

A lot of those pint glasses shatter with virtually any contact being put on them. They are bought cheap and washed a trillion times in dishwashers. So be careful if you attempt to use force, or you might end up with one less nostril picker.

Place in boiling water. The air pocket between the 2 glasses should expand, forcing the smaller glass out.

drill a series of small holes just deep enough to destroy the cup, then a gentle tap will inspire gravity to suck shards of white cup downwards, thereby releasing your coveted pint glass for use.

im not sure glass or porcelin expand or contract with heat, especially at the relativly low temperatures of boling and freezing water.....
