    Hi,
Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good podiatrist or foot and ankle surgeon in dublin? Do people find physios help? It was a physio who diagnosed this but I wonder if a specialist might be more specific and useful.

Also does anyone have experience of posterior tibiais tendonitis?

I got orthotics eight years ago that helped this the first time it happened, and have been walking away, now I can't walk at all! Also have knee pain and back pain that I managed to get under control with lots of walking, among other things. Thinking of hydrotherapy to keep from getting weak.

    Would welcome anything!
