Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm about to turn 22 and my dole comes on a Thursday in SWA while I'm waiting for JSA,I'm wondering does the increase come automatically or should I say it in the SW office, also will I get a rate somewhere between 100 and 144 the 1st week as my birthday falls in the middle of the dole week?

They will probably give you the higher rate at the start of the first new week after your bday

The higher rate starts from your actual birthday. So for some of the week you will be on the higher rate, the lower rate for the first part of the week.

Will it increase automatically even though I'm on SWA?
