How to Create Simple Website for Free

Hi All,

I'm looking to create a simple website to complete a bit of market research.

I've looked into alot of sites, all of which require cost for hosting. Is there anyway of setting up a site for free with my own site name etc??

Market research?

You could just make a wordpress blog for your information. That's free. It'll be www.YOURNAME.wordpress.com though. If you want www.YOURNAME.com then it'll cost you, plain and simple.

Lycos and Tripod both have free easy to set up web templates once you dont mind a few pop ups and ads appearing
your address would be www.YOURNAME.tripod.com or .lycos.com

I set one up recently with this site, very impressed so far. It allows you to design the page from start to finish, lets you create an andriod version of your page for iphone etc, and allows for a facebook page to link to your Fb account.

Site stats, traffic, everything you need. Some features ask you to pay but you can get a nice simple design without paying a penny.
