Best 5 in play using River?

    Heres the skinny...

    Player 1 had 10,7
    Player 2 had 10,6

    Cards in play are 10,8,8,3,K

    Both have 2 pair 10s and 8s... is this a split pot as King acts as highest card... or will Player 1 win as his kicker is a 7?

    Only the best 5 cards are used - the others are irrelevant.
