mitsubishi tv tuning - please help!

    Hi,
    I've just been given a second-hand Mitsubishi C21T7L tv without its original remote. I have a universal remote. Is there any way to tune the tv manually or using universal remote? I can't find any tuning buttons on the tv itself, all it has is the on-off button, a standby button, a pr/vol button and one + and one - button. These change the channel and volume but there are no channels tuned in. :( Any ideas/advice?

    Hi,

    Maybe it's tuned to the wrong code on the Universal Remote. Sometimes different codes will give you some but not all features.

    We're having a similar problem with ours. It's a CT-25M2LTX Mitsubishi that refuses to go to AV, though I have managed to tune it with my stellar €2 shop remote.

    Any ideas welcome, hope this helps
