Electrolysis clinic with wheelchair access?

Can someone recommend an electrolysis clinic (preferably apilus) that is of commuting distance to Dun Laoghaire, South Co. Dublin, and is wheelchair accessible? The only one I know of is Rosanna Crothers in Donnybrook, and they're more than twice the price of anywhere else. My budget won't stretch that far! Everywhere…

Everywhere seems to be upstairs - I'm most likely looking for ground floor, or in shopping centre or hotel, or that does home visits.

Not sure, sorry what I would do though, is pick a few that there are good reviews of and send them an email enquiring about their access?
