Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Out of interest, are there any people out on boards who are going away for the year to be an English Language Assistant via Department of Education and Skills?

I'm off to France myself shortly for the year.

What part of France are you going to? and what level is your French at?

I'm living in Toulouse for the year. My French would be around B2-C1 so quite advanced. But I'm still learning loads and definitely tuning my ears to a new accent.

Great opportunity to see Secondary School teaching first hand from the teacher's perspective. Also travelling is good.
