I mean in theory of course, coz otherwise it would be a bit controversial. Mine are The Big Lebowski followed by Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. What do you think??

As I gather, a 'Stoner' movie would actually have to have Stoners in it to qualify, like The Big Lebowski and so on. Not some smart-ass saying 'Oh, ye'd have to be on sumfin' ta watch dat! Huh huh huh...'

But to get to the topic...
Big Lebowski is the obvious answer.

And pretty much all the Cheech and Chong movies.

aye can't beat a bit of clint mansell dnb and aphex twin on the score.. great photography in it as well.. as long as you dont watch aronofskis other film requiem for a dream while extremely stoned..

and as for whoever suggested pi, youd have to be nuts.. youd be under the chair with fear and paranoia 10 seconds after the opening credits..

I can't believe no one has mentioned the wizard of oz, watch it on mute to the music of Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd, press play on the CD when the lion roars for the second time. You have to play the CD through twice.

watched "Scary Movie 2" while nicely toasted and fell off the sofa twice and got a few complaints from the neighbours for laughing so loud.it was hysterical-we had to stop the video for 10 minutes after the Exorcist spoof bit before we could see again

I once watched The Beach stoned, and I must say I thouroughly enjoyed it, got into the mind set. Also there used to be shows on the Paramount Channel called Thumbs, that rocked the world. Also Meet The Parents is great when toasted
