Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

27-01-2014 9:00pm#1Probably not my place to be starting a new thread for this, but i thought a fresh thread would be good to get this going again
New Year, Fresh Start and a reminder of why we do this...
This is something we do on another internet forum that i post on and its a nice way to track your handicap progress.
All you need to do is post your username, 2013 starting handicap, 2014 goal, current exact handicap and the date you are posting your update.
Then as changes occur throughout the year update the handicap in the list as you see fit.
It's also good for rivalry and railing if your close in handicap to other boards users, trying to get ahead of them, or not letting them get ahead of you
As GoldenJohn says in the last post of the last thread, " Can we get a year end update of the table so i know what i have to do to get in the top 50 as part of my 2014 goals "
That's what its all about. Setting yourself targets for the year ahead and giving you something to aim for

My Dads goal for his golf career was to get to single figures, which he did a few years ago. So obviously my goal is to get one better to 8!

updating the table is cool and all, but I think the mods still want to use the Master Table, so best just to use the format I made in post two and let the mods update the master table.
I don't think they like posts that end up being a huge table after huge table
