I am a nurse and damaged my back( bulging disk l4-l5) doing a training programme in the hospital I work in...I am thinking about claiming as I have been out of work a lot and am in constant pain. Also the work we were training to do directly contradicts what we were trained to do in manual handling. Just wondering if any…
