Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can your employer force one weeks unpaid leave on you. This will be the second time this year with less than 2 weeks notice. All staff are required to take it.

In a a word, yes they can.(Well,it's more than a word).

If business is quiet than they may save money by enforcing a holiday.

This happens to my Mother quite a bit and she is able to sign on during these periods, have you been told about this by your employer? It might ease a bit of the pain.
