Mixer Shower

hi just a quick question on a mixer shower, wondering why all i am getting is cold water, you can feel the hot water on the hot side of the valve bar, not sure on make of shower as there is no name on it, the same type of shower is also in the house in another bathroom and is working perfectly, the showers are brand new,…

faulty mixing cartridge, these are easily changed but you would need to know the make. go back to where you bought it, as it should have a warranty
