Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    has anyone had any success using the online form to contact irish rail with querys about their smartcard?

    Yep, submitted the form and got my problem solved and a reply, I was impressed with their customer service, normally its not fantastic, but this time I was proven wrong.

    Emailed using the contact form two weeks ago and no reply. Tried again this evening so hopefully they reply.

    I used the contact form on the 15th May, and got an instant reply to say that they'd received my correspondence.

    Then on the 17th May I got a reply from an IE staff member addressing my query.

    i keep ringing them when they're closed, never get a chance all day long.

    will see if they reply to this other email query tomorrow i guess.
