Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yeah its grand. Though I hear to properly take care of your battery, once its charged, either use the battery, or take it out and use the mains power supply.

To be honest with the length of time a laptop will last you, leaving your battery in while on mains power isnt going to do it much harm. Id prefer to not have the hassle of taking out my battery constantly and wearing it down ever so slightly and replace it when needed, then to be worrying about all this

I have one of those bulky 12-cells that tilts the back of the laptop. I find it a better typing angle, plus ventilation is better from it. So I just leave it in.
