Winter golf clothes

Does anyone know where I can get some good golf winter gear jacket and trousers something that will keep me warm and dry ...I don't have a lot to spend so something on sale or a decent price would be great

You will get the best stuff in specialist golf or outdoor gear shops but unless you want to hang on for the January sales, you won't find it cheap. Even then the top brands can be eye-wateringly expensive.
Some club Pro Shops sell off stuff but its hard to find out whats on offer without checking them out in person.
You sometimes see winter clothing in Aldi or Lidle and they are usually keenly priced. Quality is another matter though. I don' t know if places like TK Maxx or Penneys sell anything suitable but if you want Gore Tex and guaranteed waterproof, you will be forking out I'm afraid.

I have them, have for the last 3 years. Amazing value if you ask me, I've played 5 hours in torrential west of Ireland rain in them around rosses point, and only been wet at the end of my trousers and a bit at the collar of my t shirt. Don't know why you'd buy 3/400 euro galvin green ones only to be an FKW

Is there any lining on them or are they just waterproofs

Sports direct have a huge sale on at the moment. Problem with wet gear not great for keeping u warm on a day like today.
They have sunice gortex gear for around 100

What about a jacket from AliExpress, this one has good reviews. You might get it before Xmas.

I had a previous verion over 6 years until the trousers gave up on the press stud tabs at the bottom, glad to see this version has velcro.

Also finally got to try these out at last week in some truly horrid weather in England, and I have to say they kept me very warm and dry.
The link says only one size left, but if you can find them elsewhere then I do recommend.

I've had these for years and they're fantastic. Surprising warmth in them and keep me perfectly dry. I'm climbing Croagh Patrick in them on Saturday!

A pair of good ski socks are perfect for the winter.

As for hands Mitts are really the only way to keep hands fairly warm (apart from the various handwarmers such as the zippo one mentioned)

A good pair of mitts - ones that fit over a golf glove - are all you need (for your hands.)

I got the Nike storm at halpenney golf ..they are a nice fit and have a 3 year wayerproof guarantee ...seem a good job for the price

I got these today and tried them out is some bad conditions this morning and have to say I was very impressed.

For €125 you really cannot go wrong with these.

Got some Under Armour trousers and top recently at the Kildare Village outlet centre. Got wet today and they kept the rain out!

Were €52 each with 20% off when I was there!
