Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Password reqd for sky digibox?

    During the week when i tried to go to the other channels to watch UTV it said i needed a password. I have never used the parental control option on my digibox. Also i noticed that when channel 4 shows eurotrash a password is also reqd. Is this a problem with the digibox or have sky done it?

    Last four digits of your viewing card (unless you requested it be changed before now)

    Sky have done it (it's a feature of the new software).

    Ah, I was wondering aboiut this after trying a digibox on Astra 1. I couldn't access Other Channels without a card either, then I was asked for a PIN...

    Is this to stop customers, using there dogobox to watch other channels without a card ? :mad:

    I have the update but do not get asked for a pin number when viewing "Other Channels", so there must be a setting somewhere for you to disable the pin request.

    Maybe if you go into "Services" - "Parental Control" (you need your pin to access that) - you can probably disable it from there.

    Of course you need the pin to get into it in the first place.

    It's more likely that it's to stop children viewing adult programming through the "Other Channels" option.
