Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just a quick question, is there any reason not to use auxiliary wiring in my car for order than it's intended purpose?

For example, I have a loom for air con behind the dash but won't be retro fitting this to my 11 year old corolla. Is there any reason I can't use the 12v from this for other things

As long as you know exactly what you're doing - feel free to do so. :)

A 12v feed is generally usable, just check if its a switched or permanent live feed.

Cheers CJ, as I said to jjoujou, I'd prefer to use a dedicated 12v feed rather than splicing in along the line somewhere, can't hear shrink that way, and insulating tape is not very permanent
