Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If its very awkward to get a condensate pipe to a drain in the path anyone know the regs for making a drain pit.

Its something like a foot square gravel french drain. Covered.

If you look at nearly any boiler installation manual you have there is diagrams for them there.

You can purchase purpose made soakaways. They are 300mm deep & should be filled with limestone to neutralise the acid condensate discharge. The also have seep holes.

They can be no closer than 500mm from building wall to keep away from foundations.

    I buy mine from BES.
