    I suppose a court is better off letting a criminal go than prosecuting someone completely innocent!

    Thats nothing new, sure wasn't there an episode of Sister Sister where one of the 2 Sisters gets hammered and kick sthe sh1t out of that dude Roger because he wouldnt go home and get away with it because of matching DNA...maybe I'm thinking of a different show

    You could get any with a lot of things if it couldnt be proved by DNA.

    U'd never have to wear a condom! No paternity test could prove you were the father, so no child support. Imagine how f'd up the kid would be, knowing one of these 2 guys is your father but neither want to be.
