Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Story in the Times today Here

Does the following sound even vaguely familiar.

"One of the issues it will address will be the wholesale market, currently dominated by BT, even 20 years after privatisation. Because of BT’s virtual monopoly over local access to homes and businesses, its rivals have to rely on BT’s co-operation to deliver their services."

BT should have been split up a decade or more ago. Valentia should never have been allowed buy both arms of Eircom. The very notion that they wouldn't abuse the situation is laughable at best.
