    but all you have to do would be to moves your music/ films into a different folder then your shared kazaa or morpheus folder

    Thats a bit stupid for 3 reasons.......

    1. How can they target peer to peer services? Centralised Napster is one thing, but peer to peer, by its very nature, is unstoppable. :)
    2. I have thousands of legitimate MP3s (ripped from my own CD collection) on my PC. Surely they can't do anything about those?
    3. Privacy. End of story. It'll never pass.
