    Hi ,

    Registered to do a masters in UCC but due to circumstances beyond my control I may have to withdraw from the course . I have paid the first instalment of fees .

    Would I be able to get a refund of the €2,700 I have paid already ??

    I think you should be asking the college administration / fees office.
