Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi I was trying to check my usage history on my 3 Broadband but I forgot my pass word. When I applied for new one ,I got a message saying TEXT SENT TO YOUR PC CONNECTION MANAGER. Could anyone tell me how I can retrieve this. I am using WiFi to get the signal around the house.

    check your sms inbox from what ever dongle or wifi you receive the signal from.

    If it's the wifi with 5 users type, then the password is on the back cover of the unit.
