Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi.

When i got my mac, garageband didn't come free. Do I have to buy iLife now to get it or is there a cheaper way?
Is it worth it, is it any good?

    Thanks!

You can either buy a new Mac and sell your old Mac on ebay, or purchase iLife '06. To be honest, iLife '06 is very, very cheap at €79. You can order it online at http://www.apple.com/iestore/ for €79, and not only do you get free courier delivery, you also get the latest iPhoto, the new iWeb, and many other applications. It's well worth it, and cheaper than most "upgrades".

All that being said, your other option would be to pick up a new Mac and sell your old one.

    Here is the direct link:

iLife '06, which includes GarageBand 3 and many other applications, is €79 for a single user license, or €99 for 5 copies (Family Pack)! Both include free delivery. It's a steal, and that's my honest opinion.

thanks for that. Sounds reasonable enough actually.

selling my mac is another thing i haven't given any thought to, but that sounds like an idea too.

    cheers!
