Hello, I have Continutiy setup between iPhone 5 and Yosemite. Works well. But I had a slightly embarrassing moment today - I was playing a video on my laptop to a client and a text from my wife popped up!! Anyway to never show message notifications when playing videos???

You could try the Do Not Disturb feature: http://www.igeeksblog.com/enable-do-not-disturb-in-mac-os-x-yosemite/
