Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When you've exams next week and you spend more time on your team for the midweek PL fixtures than studying for your exams :( That said I'm awful sick. Worst timing ever.

When you have a dream where Rooney has gotten a goal and an assist in his last 7 games in a row and you wake up wondering if you can slot him in your team before eventually realising you're probably just nuts.

You know what? I love skiing. I love the mountains too. I really do. We're gonna go for a 1-week skiing holiday from 12th to 19th March. I should worry about finding the best value accomodation, the potential bargains on skipasses and ski material. But no. My main worry is checking WIFI availability and/or 3G/4G network signal strength up there 'cause you know that'll be right after GW30. Potential WC. THE key period of the season anyway. And obviously a matter of life and death.
Sometimes, I just hate this bloody game myself :pac: ...

You better hope they have WiFi or things could really go downhill and leave you feeling piste off.

First season of FPL for me and pretty hooked...huge Liverpool fan but didn't really give a sh1t last weekend when Sunderland equalised as I was so chuffed with my Firminio captain pick

My wife is pregnant. I keep referring to the weeks of the pregnancy as 'Gameweeks'

'So, we should have the hospital bag packed by gameweek 36?'
'So, Gameweek 37 onwards is considered full term?'

No, that was one of the first things I checked back in 'gameweek 12'! There won't be any doubles or triples this season!

When you're obsessing so much that you begin to drop the "gameweek", even the "GW" and you're left talking in just 34's, 35's, 36's and 37's.

When your predictive text suggested words (on Samsung phone) knows any common PL player by the first letter of their name.

Type A and the three suggestions are "Aguero, A, And" in that order!

Select Aguero and it prompts a comma. Select the comma and it suggests Kane, Lukaku, Vardy!! :)

I can type out my full team on mobile without having to type any players name in full. That's shockingly sad. It even knows to suggest defenders after you've entered a defender etc.

Its partly a function of FPL/Boards FSA being pretty much all I use the internet on my phone for. :)

Making excuses for it probably makes it worse though..... :(

Oh, and the worse I do the harder I try! :D

Seems to be the way alright.
I'm actually really out of the loop this year, I've convinced myself it's because I'm not doing well but I think I just have less time at the moment for various reasons, I don't think I belong in this thread at the moment anyway:o (thank God:pac:)
I haven't a clue when to use my wildcard or how:o:eek:

I think I'd probably pack it in too if I had done the same. Maybe it's because I'm having a relatively crap season but I didnt even consider it and I would consider myself slightly addicted to the game.

I don't understand why watching the game would change the outcome?

I can understand if nothing else is on and Watford play Palace and I havea player I'd stick it on, but If there was a bigger game on I'd watch that.

Jesus lads, I'd consider myself an addict (my saturday moods vary depending on WBA keeping a CS!) but this is a new level altogether!
