Can anyone tell me what type of satelite equipment you need to receive this type of transmission?

    You can't

Biss is used by Broadcasters etc. The actual box is registered with the signal provider.

The equipment is not legitimately avialable to public and won't receive without additional authorisation.

If you think this is tough, the special very HD receivers for digital cinema distribution via a dedicated fleet of satellites even have a GPS built in and don't work if not at registered location!

(Cinema is abolishing film to save money on $Millions needed for a wide release of prints, also this allows world wide release reducing impact of Piracy etc. Also means DVDs sooner outside of USA and even that "region codes" might be dropped.)
