Place to run in cork

    Will be working between Cork, Crosshaven and Carrigaline for three weeks in june, then out in skibereen for a fortnight in july. I was just wondering about places to run in these locations. Hopefully off road on the likes of forest tracks and looped if possible. About 10k would be the shortest I would be looking for. Thanks for reading and in advance for any suggestions.
