I generally recommend wearing them on you a$$

But put them on your head and run around Temple Bar any Saturday night and you'll fit in.

Of course I wouldn't give them a second glance in a sunny country.

Sunny countries and the beach. I'm going to get a pair but I don't ever see myself wearing them in Ireland or England. They'd be handy for travelling too.

if your legs look like they've been stuffed with cottage cheese and your ass is so big that we lose an hour of sunlight everytime you bend over.. then the aswer is never ever wear them... but if you're fit, then certain clubs would be ok... not buskers though... or bojangles. my gf wears them out the back sometimes... drives the youing fella next door mad

I wear them on foreign holidays only, normally with a bickini top...they are great for the beach, pool etc but I would not wear them in the evening.
