Gutting a bathroom - August 2015

    How much to gut a smallish bathroom?

    Prev. Spec: Tiles over tiles, shower, damp wall behind shower, vanity/basin, toilet, tiles on floor, suspended ceiling.
    Now: New stud wall, rock wool insulation on studs,insulation boards on floated outside wall. Plasterboard and skimcoat on original ceiling. Plaster skim to go over this.
    Not including purchase and instlln of bath, taps, toilet and waste.

    How much for all this pls?? Aug 2015.
