Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Without sight of medical reports no one can answer that anything from a few grand to a few hundred grand. If you want a good idea ask your solicitor to get counsel to do an advice on quantum.

    i dont know

Well that's the first question you should ask, and then be guided by your solicitor.

You'll get a few pound out of it anyway. The longer the pain lasts the likely you'll get more money. It varies, but if you're looking at back pain for 2+ years you'll get a nice little windfall as opposed to having back pain for 3-6 months.

Without surgery but with medical report, physiotherapist reports I would say 15000 to 20000 on a good day.

I have had a claim put in that ended after 2 years for similar circumstances. Back and shoulder injury. Had all the scans and injections etc.

Final figure was around 17,000 euro.

You may get more. That was in my case. What figure did they offer you to close the claim at Christmas?

Also if you took on a solicitor to do the PIAB steps for you then you will have a bill for roughly 2.5k depending on the solicitor.
