    Hi all,

I'm on Vodafone, about 800m -1km away from the vdsl cabinet using the VF/Huawei hg658c modem running f/w V100R001C172B227

    I'm getting 28mb down 8mb up.

Is that in line with what you'd expect on a vectored cabinet?

    How can I be sure?

    Thanks,

    Pete

What's your downstream attenuation? Modem stats page will display it.

1400m loop, 30Mb stable. Chances are its vectored.
