Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Okay my boiler is not over firing but I've heard this term mentioned a couple of times recently. Can anyone explain what it means exactly?

Over firing is the term I heard and I've no idea what it means. Google not throwing much up either.

Over firing means exactly what it says.
When a boiler over fires the burner is producing more heat than the boiler can efficiently use.
for example a 70,000/90,000btu boiler fitted with a burner set for 120,000 btu would be said to be over firing.
