Agreed, however given thats its outdoor, I am not sure how they can stop people coming along for a freebie.

I think they'll stop people coming anyway at that price.

it's not in the castle grounds ?

I don't know yet, but even if it is it could well be posible to view from the Porcefield. However I do have the advantage of living 20 seconds walk from the castle so I can always walk away without having wasted a drive.

I will let people know here where the screen is going up when they start to build it.

Good enough crowd considering we wete competing with Damien Dempsey in the big venue next door. Had a fantastic night afterwards in Oldcastle, met some crazy but fun people, jammed with some trad players in trayners, got chips in the most packed chipper Ive ever been in and generally had a ball.

There's a beer festival on in Smyths on the Square in Navan on Saturday 19/09/15. Starting at 4pm it features five irish craft beer breweries, Bo Bristle, Kellys Mountain Brewery, Jack Codys, OCleirigh Brew Co and the award winning James Brown Brews. It's only €10 entry and for that you get two beer tokens and free food, you can't go wrong. I was at the previous ones and enjoyed them greatly.
