Getting rid of OpenDns Blocking websites

All of a sudden today, i am getting this message saying certain sites are blocked from OpenDns. I have absolutely no clue what this is or how this happened. Whatever it is or whoever did it I would like it removed so i can freely access the internet.

How do i get rid of it on a Windows 8 laptop

You could change to using Google DNS which should resolve the issue!
