Phimosis ....

    Hey,
right so I'm 20 years old and I'm a 100% positive I have phimosis, and its full phimosis. I can't retract the foreskin at all. However during unprotected sex it came back fully, to my surprise, and was fine. (although i had to carefully pull it back over the head to it's normal position). Sex with a condom was fine, just a tad uncomfortable but no problems.

So, recently I've been trying stretching exercises and it seems to be making a slight improvement.
Has anyone had success with such methods? Or has anyone got any advice as to speed it up or anything??

I wanna give this a go for a while before looking into anything else, so I'm going to keep it up for another while anyway!

Any advice would be much appreciated :)

Paraphimosis, which occurs when the foreskin is so tight it gets stuck under the head of the penis and traps the blood is a serious medical condition. It is just one of the many reasons why those who think they have Phimosis should see their GP.

Medical advice isn't allowed on boards, that's another reason you should see your GP :)

So yeah, go to your doctor

There is some general type advice on phimosis at

It's funny (medical advice policy not Paraphimosis!) that allowed medical advice isn't exactly defined. Weight loss advice is ok but asking about a strange wart for example is not ok. I'd imagine poor advice about weight loss methods to be more dangerous than advice regarding wart removal.

Also, there's actually no mention of medical/health advice in the boards.ie terms of service: http://www.boards.ie/terms/

They also seem to be covering themselves with clause 11.1 of the ToS but I digress.

Back on topic: I'd advise checking some specialist websites and if it persists see a GP. If mini-redrebel was suffering in any way I'd do everything I could to ensure his well being.

    From this forums charter:
    Medical Advice
This is not a medical forum.

There is no-where on boards.ie that you can seek or get specific medical advice.

However if your aim is is to help create a place where people can shine a light on Men's Health in general, and facilitate full, frank & open discussion, then by all means post away. General information and first hand experiences may be shared, but absolutely no medical advice can be sought or given.

Don't really see how we could make it much clearer to be fair.

Ah, it was stated it was Boards.ie policy not TGC forum policy specificallu. I didn't see it in the boards.ie ToS where these things are typically defined.
