Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

this is excellent. There are so many examples of this kind of monopoly position being abused. Hopefully this is the first of many

Austalia, now Italy, hopefully more corporations will be stupid enough* to take court cases so that it will be out in the open and recognised as legal.

    * stupid from their point of view as they almost certaintly lose. You don't take a court case where you know you'd lose.

I wouldn't get your hopes up. An italian judgement on anything doesn't amount to a really quite small piece of fly$hit in a "smallest, most insignificant piece of fly$hit ever" competition held in an aircraft hanger full of fly$hit in a $hitty galaxy far, far way. A couple of years ago, one wop judge ruled it was legal to beat up your wife if she pissed you off for $hit's sake!
