Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi There
I recently added an GSM-Q card( and SIM) and its up and running ok. I programmed the device to send a text msg to my mobile every 24 hours( at 2100) and also programmed it to ring my mobile every 24 hours ( at 2200)
I changed the frequency from 24 hours to every 72 hours but it still txts and rings every 24 hours.
How can I make this change work?

I have only ever set this on 24 hours max, 024.
I would assume changing the delay to 072 should work.
Did it defo save when you go back in?

    Hi there Altor
    Sorry about the delay
I did set it to 072 and rechecked it by re logging on to the system again.
What I did in the end was to set the times to 00:00 and the interval to 000H
This cancelled the txt msg and the phone call for good.
I have been checking the system manually every week since.
I will key in the same times and the interval of 072 and see what happens.
I will let you know how I got on.
