Are plumbers all very busy these days?

    I'll need to upgrade the heating controls in my house with heating being controlled by NEST and hot water being controlled by a countdown timer. Ideally this can be done with the "better home energy grant"

    I've been looking for a plumber to install these for three weeks and neither has ever bothered to give me a callback? And not a single response to my text message or call??

    OP try asking in the plumbing merchants they tend to know who the good guys are.
