Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sony W605 or W829 - differences?

I am in the market for a new TV and after years of buying Sony, I am happy enough to stay with that brand. The only question I have is whether I get the W605 or the W829.

I have read the reviews for both TV's, the main question I have is what does the W829 give me over the W605? From what I can see, other than it being more expensive, the differences are very minor. For the same price as a 42" W829, I can actually get a 48" W605. Surely the W605 is the better bet?

    Thoughts or suggestions?

Reviews seem to suggest the W605 is less attractive, feels cheaper and has a few less inputs. Can't say I'd be too bothered about that if the difference was a 48" over a 42". Still interested in opinions.
